Pre-shipment inspection(PSI)
Our QC inspector will visit the supplier after 50% of
the production is completed or any time selected by
the customer. For pre-shipment inspection, the inspector
will check the following areas in accordance with the
copy of sales contract provided by the customer:
a. quantity
b. quality
c. size
d. function
e. packing
f. labels
g. shipping mark
h. products appearance
i. accessory

Remark: This price includes all the transportation and
accommodation expense(normally other quality inspection
companies in China will charge 300 to 1000USD for that
part apart from inspection fee, we also don’t add any
hidden price.
During production inspection(DPI)
The During Production Inspection, also called In Process
Quality Control, usually takes place when the production
reaches approximately 20% to maximum 50% of the total
order quantity. We will perform a close follow up of
the production status with your factory in order to
make sure we send the inspector at the right time.
The During Production Inspection, covers all the aspects
of a regular quality inspection: product appearance
(AQL), workmanship quality, size measurements, weight
check, functionality assortment, accessories, labeling
& logos, packaging, packing and other tests and
special requirements, depending on the product and the
export market. The During Production Inspection (DPI)
will also cover the raw materials, unfinished products
and the planning of production.

Container loading supervision(CLS)
After all the products are produced and ready for shipping,
we will visit the supplier to supervise the loading
process, to make sure the products shipped are exactly
what the customers have ordered and the loading will
be handled properly and securely. We will check soundness
of containers, whether packaged goods, quantity, markings
and packaging materials are compliant with the requirements
under the orders, damages or insufficiency of goods
during loading, etc. to ensure compliance with the requirements
of the clients. We provide the pictures taken at the
loading site as evidence.
