How to find top quality suppliers in China

Many buyers(even senior buyers) have the same puzzle:
"I have visited Canton fair, talked with 100+ suppliers there, every suppliers claim they are more experienced, successful and reliable than others, I can't visit their factory address one by one, how can I tell who is better? "
"I need to find quality skateboard suppliers that have experience exporting to EU market, also they need to have CE certificate. I have contacted tens of suppliers on Alibaba.com, most of them don't have CE certificates. How can I find reliable Christmas light suppliers that are eligible to export to EU market? "
To sum up, how and where to find most reliable, experienced and successful suppliers for large quantity purchasing?
We have introduced on how to use data service of China Customs to find buyers in China. Actually, the data information from China Customs is also extremely important to locate top quality suppliers.
For example, if a big buyer want to buy CE approved suppliers in China, he could buy top 10 skateboard suppliers in China within a certain period of time(sorted by exported volume). Since we know that CE certificate is required to export to EU market, so we could inquiry the top 10 skateboard suppliers that export to EU market, you will find that most of those suppliers will have CE certificate.
We won't suggest small quantity buyer to go for that top 10 list, as normally those big exporter will set a very high MOQ. But for medium and large quantity purchase, that could be very helpful.
Apart from that, we could always use brand ranking, industry association and industry award information to distinguish quality suppliers out of mediocre suppliers.
